Terms of purchase

Order

These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and advertising of products offered on vuecar.info.

The User orders the Report via an electronic order form.

All prices are expressed in Croatian national currency, Croatian kuna (kn) with VAT. The User additionally has the option of displaying prices in US dollars and euros.

The Report's are ordered electronically, by cliking on a specific package or by navigation trough steps for generating Report. The Report is considered ordered at the moment when the buyer chooses and cofirms the method of payment and makes the payment.

Payment

The Report's are paid online with one of the credit cars: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.

Delivery

If User does not receive the Report, or the delivery notice, after it has been sent, withnin expected time, the User has the right to inform the seller in order to take action.

Provider undertakes to send the Report to the User the moment he receives the confimation approving the online transaction.

Complaint & Refund

The User is eligible for a full or partial reimbursement within 14 calendar days of User's purchase. After the 14-day period, the User will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

Service caused the error for which the Company is responsible
You did not receive the Report after paying
Other reason

Copyright protection

Any processing, copying and/or other use of the content or design of Service performed by third parties without a written consent of the Company and/or without adhering to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute an infringement of the copyright and other rights to be prosecuted in accordance with the laws of the Croatia.

Conversion Statement

All payments will be affected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian Kuna according to the current exchange rate of the local Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Use of Services

We provide users opportunity to receive vehicle history paid Report.

The Report may be used only for reference purposes and may not be regarded as a reliable tool to assess the condition of vehicle.

The money paid for the Report will not be refunded if the content of Report does not contain any information in it.

Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be responsible for the inaccuracy of the information provided in the Report. The Provider shall not be responsible for the damage incurred by the User or any third parties.

The Provider shall not be responsible for the malfunctions or interruptions of the functioning of vuecar.info or its database that occured for reasons beyond the Provider's control.

The User shall be responsible for the appropriate use of the password and other information.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Disclaimer

The customer acknowledges that VueCar is collecting data from public records and other sources and that this data may contain errors and omissions. VueCar does neither garantee nor warrant the correctness or completeness of the data. The customer understands that not all information is available to Us and that We do not have access to some information that may be available to other parties.

The Service is provided to You with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice.
